Job Description
We re looking for an Interim Director of Regeneration and Assets for our public sector client based in London on an initial 9-month contract paying up to 896 per day Inside IR35.
This role allows hybrid working with an expectation to attend the office 2 days per week (Wednesdays required).
The successful Interim Director will possess proven skills working with the following -
Strategic leadership of regeneration housing development and corporate asset functions
Delivery of large-scale capital programmes including social housing and mayoral priorities
Real estate and facilities management (FM) experience in a public sector environment
Political acumen with experience engaging directly with senior stakeholders (Mayor Leaders Chairs)
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within complex matrix structures
Development programme management including vacant possession risk monitoring and performance reporting
Background in local authority GLA or registered provider environments preferred
