As a Desktop Support Analyst you will oversee the desktop and technical support functions for WCS Sydney and Villawood ensuring seamless IT operations across both sites.
This role involves the direct management and support of desktop environments contribution to IT project management and oversight of ticketing and asset management processes in alignment with GIT protocols and in collaboration with the IT Admin and IT Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage desktop and end user technical support for multiple sites
Provide foundational support for Mac OS networking and basic server management
Support desktop management initiatives and IT project tasks
Administer and maintain ticketing and asset management processes according to GIT procedures
Deliver fundamental troubleshooting for LAN and wireless networks
Assist with management of mobile devices and printers
Apply strong understanding of Active Directory management principles
Key Skills & Knowledge:
Proficiency with Google Tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Basic Project Management capabilities
Strong analytical troubleshooting communication documentation and teamwork skills
Education & Experience:
Certificate IV or Diploma in Information Technology
Minimum 4 years experience in desktop end user or technical support roles.
