Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German speaking Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant for their Porto offices.
Position: Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant
Location: Porto Portugal
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels including live chat phone email web forms and social media.
- Communicating effectively with professionals within relevant industries.
- Managing customer requests including providing information and handling complaints.
- Delivering high-quality solutions and customer service.
- Offering accurate and timely product-related guidance in a professional manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in German both verbal and written as well as fluency in English (at least B2 level).
- At least 1 years experience working in pharmaceutical industry within Germany.
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and concepts (e.g. technical terms regulatory language or product classifications relevant to the field).
- Strong communication skills with a high level of empathy and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Proficient in IT systems with the ability to quickly and accurately use tools to document and manage interactions.
- Willingness and availability to work in a shift-based schedule.
