Job Summary

The clinic has two heart surgeons and one lung surgeon. There are also two Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who work in the hospital. If you join you will work with them and help with patient care.

You might do one surgery each day.

- Experience is preferred especially in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).- You must know how to take veins from the body (vein harvesting).

- The clinic uses Cerner for their electronic medical records (EMR).

- The skills needed include Arterial Bypass and Bypass Surgery.

- You will only need to provide coverage from October 13 2025 to November 7 2025.

**Qualifications:**

- You must have a Michigan license (this is required). No exceptions will be made and we do not accept the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).

- You must be Board Certified (this is required).- You must know how to do vein harvesting. This must be noted when you apply.- You must have received the Covid vaccination (this is required).

- You need to provide a verbal confirmation of your DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) registration (this is required).- You must be a local provider (this is required).

- You must have a clean background. No exceptions.

**Certification Requirements:**- Board Certified- Must have a state license in Michigan.
