Reporting to: Chief People Officer
Purpose of the Job
With dual responsibility for the regional Heads of HR this role has a strong operational focus optimising resources and the HR service across all offices as well as lead partner for enabling functions.
Main Responsibilities
- Working with regional Heads of HR to ensure transformation talent pipeline and M&A is delivered and value optimised.
- Key contact and business partner for enabling functions ensuring their resources (535 FTE) support the requirements of the business.
- Champion best practice through current well documented easy to access policies and procedures work with Regional Heads of HR to ensure managers adopt best practice.
- Ensuring employment relations are dealt with according to legislation in a timely and efficient manner.
- Working closely with the regional Head of HR and the country managers forecasting and actioning local plans to reduce attrition and absence and optimise performance and contribution.
- In partnership with other HR functions to ensure delivery of the annual cycle such as performance management training and career development is undertaken.
- Experience and excellent working knowledge of data management together with strong project management skills.
- Demonstratable experience and expertise in people and culture managing and leading teams.
- Strong coaching style and approach operating at all levels of an organisation.
- Delivered proactive and agile stakeholder management - communication conflict resolution negotiation to influencing.

Qualifications :
Knowledge Skills & Experience
- Degree in related field
- CIPD level 7 or level 5 with experience
- Experience of providing HR services in a complex global matrixed environment.
- Experience of HR delivery within a professional services or financial services organisation.
- Strong multi-jurisdictional labour law knowledge and experience of handling complex employment relations cases across a wide range of geographies and cases.
- Career experience of working in another function other than HR to ensure a wide range of business capability.
- Strong background and experience in streamlining HR delivery optimising self-service and ensuring managers are capable an accountable.
