Overview
Mercedes-Benz of Westwood is part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive a leader in automotive retail and we are looking to add a qualified Customer Service Representative to our team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage appointment bookings (phone/internet)
- Contact present customers (phone email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
- Loaner vehicle management
- Some office/accounting duties
- Assist with meeting and greeting service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner
- Engage with customers waiting for their vehicles in the customer lounge
- Oversee customer contact reports and make calls for follow-up
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the companys vision mission and values in all interactions with customers co-workers and suppliers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive experience preferred
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written forms
- Valid drivers license
