Call Center Representative - CSR
Location: Newark NJ
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr Bilingual: $17.50/hr
Full-Time Fluctuating Schedule (40 hours/week)
Training: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (2 weeks)
Post-Training Schedule: Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM-5:30 PM; weekends and holidays 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (rotating schedule)

Job Summary

We are currently hiring Call Center Customer Service Representatives who are customer-focused dependable and experienced in high-volume call environments. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team support customers and grow within a structured organization.

Requirements

  • Prior call center experience is required
  • Ability to work a fluctuating schedule including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries using approved scripts and procedures
  • Research resolve and log customer questions or concerns
  • Conduct customer needs analysis and provide information on relevant services
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Maintain schedule adherence punctuality and appropriate use of system time codes (AUX)
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
