We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic B2C Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical in driving operational excellence supporting the USA B2C sales organization and ensuring the efficient management of sales compensation processes.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales operations with specific experience managing and optimizing sales commission structures.



What you will do:

Sales Commissions Management

  • Design implement and maintain transparent and scalable commission plans for B2C sales teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate calculation and distribution of commission payments.
  • Collaborate with Finance HR and Sales Leadership to align incentives with business goals.
  • Act as the point of contact for commission-related inquiries and disputes resolving them efficiently and fairly.

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain key performance dashboards and reporting tools to track sales activities performance and compensation metrics.
  • Analyze trends to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvements in sales effectiveness.
  • Support forecasting and quota-setting processes through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Process Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and implement best practices.
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives for sales tools systems and policies.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement and Marketing to improve lead-to-close efficiency and conversion.

Systems & Tools Management

  • Administer CRM systems and sales tools to support daily operations and performance tracking.
  • Evaluate and implement technologies that improve automation and reduce manual effort across compensation and reporting processes

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Operations or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 4 years of experience in sales operations or business operations with at least 2 years managing B2C sales compensation plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel Google Sheets Hubspot and similar sales performance tools (e.g. Salesforce Xactly CaptivateIQ or similar).
  • Experience with CRM administration and compensation software platforms.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience in a subscription-based eCommerce or high-volume B2C environment.
  • Understanding of compliance considerations and data governance as it relates to sales compensation.
  • Background in change management or process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
