Classroom Aide
Pay Rate: $15.50-$17.50/hr
Term of Employment: 2025-2026 school year
Location: Various locations- we work with multiple school districts charter schools private schools and daycares in Rochester and its surrounding areas!

What Youll Be Doing:
- Assist lead teachers with lessons and activities making learning fun and engaging.
- Use positive behavior strategies to keep the classroom environment upbeat and productive.
- Help prepare classroom projects and materials that inspire and motivate students.
- Deliver direct instruction to individual students or small groups making sure everyone feels included and successful.
- Provide personalized support to students with special needs adapting methods materials meet individual learning styles and abilities and fostering an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
- Ensure children feel safe supported and excited about their educational journey.
- You love working with kids and are dedicated to their growth. Whether youre starting your career retired or looking for a change this is a great entry-level opportunity.
- Youre enthusiastic about learning and adapting to different classroom settings ready to jump in wherever help is needed.
- Youre prepared to collaborate with school staff members and contribute to a supportive team environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Able to perform job duties that include walking standing lifting up to 25 pounds and keeping up with active students.
- Must obtain and pass a background check through NYSED.
- Ready to bring positive energy and passion every day!
