. As a member of our ground staff team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting passengers at check-in security and boarding gates
- Handling baggage and cargo including loading and unloading from aircraft
- Conducting security checks and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any passenger inquiries or issues
- Coordinating with other airport departments to ensure on-time departures and arrivals
- Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks as required
- Assisting passengers with special needs or disabilities
- Collaborating with flight crew to ensure a safe and comfortable flight experience for all passengers
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures as well as industry regulations Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in English
