Job Description
Are you looking to start or grow your career in the technology and software industry Were hiring Technical Support Agents with fluent English and one of the following languages: Italian Polish Spanish or German to assist with a project for a leading global software development company.
Start Date: June 23 2025
Work Mode: Remote from Spain except the islands and Galicia region they are not included.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience or training in IT technologies particularly Cloud Office Outlook OneDrive Exchange SharePoint Lync Server Microsoft Windows
- Mandatory previous experience as an IT support Agent
- Critical and logical thinking for effective problem-solving
- Empathy and professionalism when handling customer interactions
- Eu passport
