Assist in the execution of the sections service following the guidance of the managers and of the most experienced members of the team namely the 1st Cooks contributing to the service on the bench that is assigned to it and globally the daily and weekly service objectives are met.
Responsabilities and areas of action
Participating in the preparation of meals and kitchen procedures- Participate in the preparation of meals on the unit.- Gather and prepare the finishing equipment of the service.- Assist in the service of completion and loan for events or for letter service.- Assist in receiving and checking the quality and quantity of the raw materials requested in advance.- Assist in the cleaning sanitization and storage of the kitchen/pastry section and at the end of the shift of the freezers refrigerators etc. as well as it can assist in the daily control of HACCP.
