$21.00-26.00/hour
1st Shift: 5:00AM-1:30PM
6-Month Contract
POSITION SUMMARY:
With direct guidance in a team environment responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks of a routine scope and nature in one or more of the following areas: plumbing carpentry painting air conditioning and facility equipment and machinery cleaning.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities may include some or all of the following:

With direct guidance in a team environment responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks of a routine scope and nature in one or more of the following areas: plumbing carpentry painting air conditioning and facility equipment and machinery cleaning.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
- Perform general maintenance duties in areas such as plumbing carpentry painting and air conditioning. Perform minor repair to clogged drains and plumbing equipment.
- Assist in cleaning and lubricating machinery and other mechanical equipment.
- Assist maintenance mechanics or technicians.
- Remove metal shavings replace cutting fluids and clean machinery and area around machines.
- Clean rest rooms and replenish rest room supplies.
- Maintain safety standards and keep floors clean and dry.
- Move supplies equipment and furniture.
- Perform other related responsibilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- One year maintenance or related experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools.
- Required to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must demonstrate effective verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work with others and be a participative team player.
