Job Description
- Supervising a Multi-disciplinary team of staff including cleaning maintenance grounds and security
- Ensuring that basic facilities such as water and Acs are well-maintained
- Management of cleaning waste disposal catering security and parking of each site while managing the budgets and keeping records of all payments.
- Managing any refurbishment current and future renovations and office moves to make sure they all run smoothly and according to plan
- Allocating and managing space between buildings
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental health and security standards.
- Overseeing building projects renovations or refurbishments.
- Advising the business on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages
- Analyze data to anticipate future needs
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure business goals are met
- Report to your manager on facility/admin supplies stock levels issues e.t.c
