Job Summary
Were seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis (20-25 hours per week). As a key member of our HR department you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions contributing to a positive employee experience.

- Application Review: We will carefully review all applications and resumes.
- Initial Screening: Selected candidates will be contacted for an initial phone or video interview to assess their qualifications and fit.
- In-Person Interview: Top candidates will be invited to an in-person interview with our HR team and relevant department heads.
- Reference Check: We will verify references and employment history.
- Offer and Onboarding: Successful candidates will receive a formal job offer and begin the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire employee lifecycle from initial contact hiring to exit.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to welcome new hires.
- Process paperwork and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions workshops and webinars.
HR Policies and Procedures:
- Create update and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations.
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records including personnel files and performance reviews.
- Prepare regular HR reports and metrics.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in human resources preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist or related position
- In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player: No drama
- Dependable.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
