1015 years of experience in HR ideally in start-ups or scale-ups
Proven leadership experience in building or leading an HR team
Deep understanding of organizational development culture and leadership enablement
Track record in implementing a holistic people strategy
Solid knowledge of labor law and regulatory HR topics
Excellent communication skills at C-level in German
Strong command of English (working language across the group)
Nice to have:
Experience in M&A post-merger integration or cultural transformation
Knowledge of international HR management
Experience with remote or hybrid work environments
