Are you a big picture thinker who thrives at the intersection of strategy innovation and execution Were looking for a collaborative forward-thinking leader to join our Engineering team as an Engineering Strategy Partner.
In this influential role you will bridge the gap between Engineering and the broader business aligning projects priorities and innovation initiatives to our companys long-term vision. You will work closely with General Managers Key Account teams and Engineering leadership to identify opportunities resolve conflicting priorities and lead strategic initiatives that fuel our growth. What You WIll Bring:
- Bachelors degree with an emphasis in engineering business or related field of study
- Strong understanding of engineering processes and technologies
- Experience leading and/or driving cross-functional engineering projects from concept to production
- Ability to translate business goals into engineering initiatives and understand how engineering outcomes drive overall business success
- Demonstrated business acumen and experience in manufacturing and/or consumer packaged goods industries preferably cross-functional
- Ability to learn very rapidly assemble and comprehend substantial amounts of information to develop critical conclusions
- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
- Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into pieces that can be solved with data analysis assumptions and judgment
- Results orientation with demonstrated ability to apply situational analysis to optimize project efficiency and outcomes
- Excel skills to include pivot tables modeling developing complex spreadsheets analysis tools and/or presenting quantitative analysis
- Experience with financial analysis such as Capital Budgeting Net Present Value and Return on Investment
