JUNIOR SALES SUPPORTSPECIALIST WITH GERMAN POZNA
Role overview
The sales Support Team is committed to strengthening sales performance across our West European markets through a variety of client-front commercial and finance processes by deploying an end-to-end perspective toward work organization.
Junior Sales Support Specialist has an important role in the Sales Support area of the Customer to Cash process flow.
What youll be doing
- Creating and maintaining pricing settings and rebate setup for our direct and indirect customers around Western Europe
- Preparing analyses of current pricing and rebate setups to provide answers to any question an internal customer might have
- Cross-checking queries with Customer Master Data and providing accurate information based on internal customer setup
- Providing advice on technical queries related to pricing and rebates and contributing to your teams collective knowledge by preparing and updating process documentation
Were looking for someone who
- Has a good command of written and spoken English (min. B2 level) and German (min. B1 level)
- Holds a Bachelors degree in finance or a related field or has 1 years of experience in a corporate sales environment.
- Enjoy working in a diverse international environment
- Navigates easily in the Office365 environment and has hands-on knowledge of reporting tools
- Demonstrates an analytical mindset and assertive attitude
- Is inquisitive and diligent
