Oldershaw School is an 11-16 co-educational comprehensive situated in Wirral which is an easy commute from Liverpool and Chester. We have a proud history of a hundred years of success and we believe in the very highest standards and expectations to provide a rich and challenging education for each and every student.

This role plays a crucial part in supporting Year 11 students during an important phase in their education. Were looking for someone who is dedicated to ensuring students succeed both academically and personally while also creating a safe positive environment in which they can grow.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader able to balance the academic and pastoral needs of students while creating an atmosphere that promotes positive behaviour and achievement.

The successful candidate will have a teaching timetable for their specialism at KS3 and KS4 and be expected to bring out the best in students; engage students through creative delivery and be eager to try new ideas in a supportive environment.
