POSITION SUMMARY:
ADDMAN is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing team and play a key role in driving growth across our portfolio of advanced manufacturing businesses. This role blends field marketing content creation and campaign execution to support both external demand generation and internal engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a strong cross-functional collaborator working closely with sales quoting engineering and site leadership to create impactful campaigns technical storytelling and go-to-market materials. From managing webinars and trade shows to updating web content and coordinating internal communications this person will help unify and amplify ADDMANs voice across all channels.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Contribute to demand generation campaigns that align with the commercial teams objectives and business goals.
- Manage end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person events webinars and other lead generation programs.
- Partner with sales and quoting teams to develop tailored presentations and pitch materials for key accounts and programs.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to translate technical wins into compelling marketing content.
- Own and manage updates to the company website and digital assets in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to internal communications and employee engagement campaigns that reinforce company culture and key initiatives.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing program.
ITAR REQUIREMENTS:
This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person citizenship status.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of experience in various marketing capacities in the manufacturing industry. Diversified expertise in both content creation and event management preferred.
- Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo HubSpot or Pardot.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% to attend events and meetings.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule based out of one of ADDMANs locations in Fort Myers FL Glen Burnie MD Wright City MO Statesville NC Ontario NY Irvine/Thousand Oaks CA
- This job operates in a professional additive manufacturing traditional manufacturing and office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as printing equipment computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets etc.
