Job Description
Empath Hospice a member of Empath Health is currently seeking a CNA to join our team.
PRN; 8a-5p
The Hospice Aide:
- Is responsible for providing personal care and tasks related to the activities of daily living.
- Responds sensitively to patient/family needs by observing and reporting any changes including physical spiritual social and emotional to a registered nurse.
Position Requirements:
- Experience: One to three months and/or training preferred
- Valid Florida Board of Nursing certification (CNA License)
- Valid Florida State Drivers License
