Job Summary: As an IT Support Technician you will be the first point of contact for users who require technical assistance. You will provide support through various channels including phone email and in-person and will troubleshoot hardware software and network-related issues. Whats a successful candidate look like
Provide first-level technical support to end-users resolving hardware software and network issues.
Respond to support tickets and inquiries promptly maintaining clear communication with users throughout the resolution process.
Install configure and maintain computer systems printers and other peripherals.
Assist in setting up new employee workstations including hardware and software installations.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems to ensure optimal performance.
Document issues solutions and processes in the ticketing system for future reference.
Escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Some travel will be required.
