The Service Technician responsibilities include installation maintenance and trouble-shooting of our systems at our customers sites. Our Service Technicians are the face of our company and play a key role in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions
- Perform installation maintenance and troubleshooting of company products.
- Provide technical support to customers
- Keep track of all tools and equipment and maintain service vehicle
- Ensure all safety measures are taken while completing tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical abilities
- Experience with electrical wiring and home automation systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid drivers license
Education & Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 years of Media/Security System experience as a Service Technician
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Reliable with a good attendance record.
- Experience in Home Building Remodeling/Construction is a PLUS!!
