- Manage the day-to-day office operations of the franchise as needed.
- Manage all phases of job progress within RMS Software; notes job updates records document uploads.
- Participates in the payment collection process.
- Serves as liaison between multiple departments insurance companies and software vendors.
- Manages company files which include all legal files and subcontractor files.
- Answering phones with professional etiquette and handle inquiries effectively.
- Request and maintain updated insurance coverage for subcontractors.
- Keep all operating platforms up to date.
- Complete special assignments as requested by Supervisor.
