This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20-25 hours per week Monday - Friday 10am-2pm or 10am-3pm EST

Job Description

This exciting hybrid role combines the best of administrative excellence with creative design opportunities perfect for someone who thrives in both organized project management and artistic expression. You ll be the organizational backbone supporting multiple initiatives while bringing visual concepts to life through engaging graphic design work. Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate project workflows using ensuring all initiatives stay on track from conception to completion
  • Create custom graphic designs for various materials including promotional items T-shirt designs for student programs and marketing materials
  • Develop and customize Google Forms to streamline organizational processes and data collection
  • Proactively follow up on tasks and deadlines with team members and board members ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Build comprehensive project timelines for multi-month initiatives breaking down complex projects into manageable milestones
  • Provide strategic follow-up communications and deadline reminders that keep teams motivated and on schedule
  • Take creative initiative in developing innovative visual solutions and design concepts that exceed expectations

Requirements

  • Proven administrative and organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong graphic design capabilities with proficiency in design software
  • Experience creating and customizing Google Forms for various organizational needs
  • Familiarity with project management platforms particularly or similar tools
  • Creative mindset with demonstrated ability to develop original designs and visual concepts
  • Excellent communication skills for professional follow-up and team coordination
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
  • Experience managing complex timelines and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
