- Full-time (35 hours) part-time and flexible working patterns available
- Oldham centre office base hybrid working

The role
We are seeking a dynamic and committed Housing Officer (Communities) to join the Neighbourhood Team based in Oldham. This position would be ideal for someone who is committed to customer excellence and working in a high performing customer centric estate and neighbourhood management team.
The role is part of a strong neighbourhood team responsible for delivering a high quality integrated neighbourhood management service that is closer to our customer and helps to create sustainable neighbourhoods.
You will carry out regular visits and scheme inspections to neighbourhoods to identify problems and areas for improvement and be the face of Regenda in the community.
The right fit
- Experience in delivery high-quality customer facing housing management service.
- You must have knowledge of housing regulations and other relevant legislation.
- Experience working in partnership with external agencies.
- Ability to prioritise your workload in order to meet targets and deadlines.
- Experience of effective and positive team working as well as using your own initiative to resolve situations.
- Excellent numeracy ICT and literacy skills with the ability to analyse data and write reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with people at all levels.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy in dealing with and resolving dispute situations.
- You must have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
