Job Description :

The Global Growth Project Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction experience and growth across global markets. This position requires strong project management skills stakeholder engagement expertise and a deep understanding of client experience excellence. The role will focus on overseeing survey platform leading atomization tool rollouts and fostering collaboration with key stakeholders and across Networks (Media Creative Health).

Location: Hybrid HVL office

Reports To: Callum Cheatle

Position Overview:

The Global Growth Project Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction experience and growth across global markets. This position requires strong project management skills stakeholder engagement expertise and a deep understanding of client experience excellence. The role will focus on overseeing survey platform leading atomization tool rollouts and fostering collaboration with key stakeholders and across Networks (Media Creative Health).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Satisfaction Platform Maintenance and Expansion

  • Oversee the operation optimization and expansion of client satisfaction platform .

  • Roll out the platform into new markets and agencies ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.

  • Collaborate with Global regional and local teams to identify areas of improvement and support scaling initiatives.

2. Client Satisfaction Survey Evaluation and Reporting

  • Manage and analyse client satisfaction survey results to identify key insights and trends.

  • Create detailed and actionable reports for senior leadership.

  • Propose data-driven recommendations to enhance client relationships and performance to local stakeholders.

3. Client Experience Stakeholder Management and Engagement

  • Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders driving client experience initiatives.

  • Build strong partnerships across internal and external teams to ensure alignment on strategies.

  • Regularly engage stakeholders through updates reporting and collaborative planning sessions.

4. Supporting Smart Automization Tool Rollouts

  • Assist the Media team with the implementation and rollout of smart automization tools.

  • Provide project support ensuring alignment with timelines deliverables and overall business goals.

  • Troubleshoot challenges and share learnings to optimize future rollouts.

5. Creative Community Engagement and Initiatives

  • Collaborate with the Creative community (spanning over 1000 individuals across Havas villages) to drive new initiatives.

  • Develop and deliver masterclasses and workshops focused on client experience excellence

  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices to enhance the creative approach to client satisfaction.

6. Cross-Team Collaboration for Integrated Client Experience Initiatives

  • Work closely with Media and Health teams to align strategies and future initiatives on integrated client experiences.

  • Identify synergies between business units to create a unified approach to Client experience practice.

  • Contribute to the development of innovative cross-discipline initiatives aimed at enhancing client outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in project management client experience or global account management.

  • Strong organizational analytical and communication skills with the ability to drive global initiatives.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams markets and business units.

  • Experience working in global agency or network environments is a plus.

  • Proficiency in tools for project management survey analytics and reporting (e.g. Excel Power BI Tableau or similar).
