Role Overview
The Project Director oversees large-scale electrical and engineering projects ensuring strategic alignment timely delivery and compliance with budget quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise all phases of major projects.
- Manage budgets schedules resources and risks.
- Ensure compliance with technical and HSE standards.
- Coordinate with clients stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide leadership guidance and performance monitoring.
Requirements
Education : MSc / Bac5 in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience : 17 years of professional experience including 5 years in a similar Project Director role.
Strong leadership communication and project management skills.
Salary : 750 000 -CFA Francs
Language : French and English
Location : Maroua
Start date : 1st September 2025
