Job Description

About the role
The Employee Administration Officer is responsible for providing accurate and timely administration support across employee change (variations) processes. This is an intensive administration role and requires a high level of organisational problem solving and communication skills to administer variations processes generate employment correspondence liaise with stakeholders and undertake small projects as they arise. This is a full-time 6-month fixed-term position with the flexibility to be based at any of our offices across Australia.
About you
- Previous experience in a high-volume administration role
- Ability to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in a related role or a desire to work in a HR environment advantageous
