We have an exciting new opportunity at nbn for a Treasury Dealer this role reports to the Assistant Treasurer Liquidity and Risk.
A bit about your role
As a Treasury Dealer you will play a key role in shaping the future of nbns cash and liquidity portfolio ensuring the seamless execution of funding strategies while fostering innovation in treasury operations. You will take the lead in managing day-to-day cash and liquidity needs executing short-term debt programs and overseeing foreign exchange transactions.
This role will see you driving continuous improvement streamlining treasury processes and championing automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Your expertise will help optimise funding costs and ensure nbns financial resilience allowing the business to confidently navigate an ever-changing financial landscape.
A bit about you
You are a highly skilled treasury or finance professional with a deep understanding of cash and liquidity management. You will bring demonstrated experience in a treasury or finance role within a large organisation strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities allowing you to navigate complex financial models with confidence.
Your exceptional communication skills enable you to build trusted partnerships with internal teams and external banking partners ensuring smooth execution of funding and risk management strategies. You are naturally proactive detail-oriented and driven to find innovative solutions particularly in leveraging technology and automation to enhance treasury operations.
