2727 N Central Ave Phoenix Arizona 85004 United States of AmericaDEALER REPRESENTATIVE:
Under the supervision of the Manager of Dealer Services this position requires efficient collaboration and communication with U-Haul Dealers MCPs AFMs as well as other Field and corporate team members via both telephone and email. It involves managing a high volume of phone interactions and dealing with confidential information.
RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Address inquiries related to the charges/credits on the dealers commission statements.
Making modifications to the commission statements related to credit card chargebacks identifying discrepancies processing payments for returned withdraws managing phone charges and overseeing loss of overrides.
Finalization of accounts for closed dealers and processing of final invoices.
Conduct research and create entries for Internal Audit Legal or other U-Haul departments.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Accounting Math
Decision-making
Excellent Communication verbal & written
PC knowledge including excel and word
Reasonable and predictable attendance is essential
