Job Description
Are you passionate about making a difference in peoples lives Claro Disability Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team!

We Are Looking For:
Support Workers who are reliable empathetic and enthusiastic about supporting individuals with diverse needs. No prior experience is necessary we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.
What You Will Do:
- Assist clients with daily activities and personal care
- Support participation in community and recreational activities
- Promote independence and well-being
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families
What shifts are we offering:
Morning & Afternoon Shifts
To be considered for this role you will have:
- A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Induvial Support or relevant experience
- Full Australian Drivers License
- Reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
- NDIS Worker Check
- National Police Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR
