You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailKnowledge Services is seeking a Client Technologies Specialist 1 to support a 2-month project (potential for extension) with the State of Maine Office of Technology in Augusta ME.
Client Technologies Specialist Responsibilities:
Equipment set up (Laptops docking stations monitors etc.).
Maintain inventory log.
Proactively assist end users with simple desktop support.
Ensure that all work is documented for future reference.
Follow quality standards.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong communication skills; both written and spoken.
Provide accurate and complete answers to general use and environment questions in a timely manner.
Provide desktop computer support.
Attend and participate in bi-weekly team and problem review meetings.
Manage the retirement and disposal of obsolete computer equipment.
Client Technologies Specialist Required Skills:
Must have at least 3-5 years experience as a Client Technologies Specialist or Desktop Support
Strong customer service skills.
Experience with inventory management.
