We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our Tampa FL team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients maintaining strong relationships and ensuring that client needs are met efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is personable detail-oriented and thrives in a client-facing role.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries and service requests
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and fulfill client needs
Track client interactions and document service updates
Assist with onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth integration
Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and recommend improvements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
1 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
