Job Description

Job Title: Off-Season Coordinator (Male Sports)

Wage/Hour Status: Exempt

Department: Assigned Campus

Reports To: Principal / Superintendent Designee

Approved By: Board of Trustees

Donna North High School is seeking: Off-Season Coordinator (male sports): This position is full time year-round schedule.

  • A highly motivated individual with knowledge of organizing and creating an off-season program.
  • Willingness to work long hours before school after school and during the athletic period to ensure that all male sport athletes are participating in an off-season program (will have to work with strength & conditioning coordinators).
  • Willingness to work our Summer programs and willing to assist in the weight room.
  • Must be able to collaborate with our Male and Female Strength and Conditioning Coordinator and with all male program head coaches.
  • Experience with running an off-season program.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all male program head coaches and the Athletic Coordinator.
