Overview
Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a PC Technician in Ann Arbor MI. This is a 1st shift onsite opportunity. The opportunity is based on a contract basis offering great benefits.
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused PC Technician to support our daily IT operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician with 12 years of experience who enjoys hands-on tasks and interacting with end users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for basic IT support hardware distribution and general troubleshooting in a dynamic workplace environment.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist employees with basic IT needs including setting up projectors or peripheral devices
- Issue equipment such as mice headsets or chargers to users as needed
- Collect old mobile devices and issue replacements following standard procedures
- Provide basic printer troubleshooting and escalate issues as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory of IT equipment and supplies
- Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication to both technical and non-technical users
- Perform other routine IT tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 12 years of IT or PC technician experience in a professional environment
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and general hardware support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures and work independently with minimal supervision
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist end users with patience and professionalism
