Job Description
- Help Our Customers: Be the friendly voice assisting our customers with any questions or issues they have.
- Manage Emails: Respond to customer emails quickly and clearly.
- Handle Warranties and Returns: Take care of warranty claims returns and repairs.
- Passion for Our Products: You dont need to know everything about our products but being excited to learn is a must!
- Great Communication: You know how to talk to people and make them feel heard and valued.
- Organized and Motivated: Youre good at juggling multiple tasks and staying on top of things.
- Flexible Work Schedule: While our office hours are Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM we offer flexible work hours to fit your needs.
