Experience: Minimum 1 year in an International Process
Prior Technical Support / Troubleshooting experience is mandatory
English Proficiency: C1 level excellent communication with no MTI/RTI grammatical or pronunciation errors
Skillset: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide customer assistance and issue resolution for international clients
Document all customer interactions accurately
Ensure end-to-end resolution of customer queries
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
