Job Description

Overview
The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with customers. This position is essential to aligning our products and services with market demands creating and implementing strategies that enhance our competitive edge. The Executive will work closely with various teams to understand customer needs generate leads and close sales ensuring that the organizations objectives are met. With a focus on both new client acquisition and the maintenance of existing accounts the Business Development Executive will contribute to the overall market presence and profitability of the company. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

  • Collaborate with the finance team to determine pricing strategies.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
