Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Degree in a Business Science Engineering discipline or equivalent educational
qualification
• 2–3 years in commercial analytics business operations or sales excellence roles will be
preferred with a preference given to people from pharma or medical device background
• Freshers with analytics or data science background can also apply.

Specialized Skills & Other Requirements: Travel Required: 10%
Technical Skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge required
• Proficiency in Power BI dashboard and managing data in Power BI required
• Working knowledge of SAP Salesforce or any other CRM tool is an advantage
• Prior experience in distributor / channel partner performance management is a plus
Nice to have:
• Experience in data science / ML models for business applications
• PMP certification or project management training
Soft Skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to derive insights and formulate recommendations by integrating and leveraging
multiple sources of data
• Ability to communicate and present well to both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong sense of urgency with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle a high volume of work while meeting deadlines

• Senior Manager Strategic Initiatives and Commercial Excellence India
• India MD Finance HR Business / Product Managers BUD/ National Sales Managers/
Regional Sales Managers.
• APAC / India country and/or functional teams on an as-needed basis
