Software Engineers spend most of the time helping with the real-life usage of Sitecore products working with the product configurations troubleshooting complex problems developing code examples and configuration modifications.
The work process involves written communication with Sitecore customers from around the world helping them to achieve the desired business outcomes.
Position of the Software Engineer in the Sitecore Product Support team provides technical and personal growth opportunities in the wide range of different professional areas for both new and experienced software development specialists.
Position will require participation in 24x7x365 shift coverage rotation including work during late hours and during weekends according to the predefined schedule and in compliance with all local labor regulations.
