Qualifications :
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role leading a large QA and Testing Practice for a Systems Integrator Tech Consultancy or IT Services organisation.
Strategic Leadership & Team Development: Demonstrated ability to build mentor and lead high-performing enterprise-scale QA and testing teams drawing on extensive leadership experience to foster growth and guide large-scale transformations.
Technical Mastery in Quality Assurance & Testing: Comprehensive expertise across Test Management Automation Performance Engineering and QA Governance coupled with a deep understanding of contemporary test tooling and automation frameworks.
Strategic Vision & Innovation in QA: Capacity to act as a thought leader in modern Quality Assurance practices (including Agile DevOps and AI-driven testing) translating overarching business objectives into actionable and innovative test strategies.
Commercial Acumen & Client Partnership: Strong commercial understanding including significant bid and proposal experience combined with a customer-centric approach to build and sustain long-term strategic client relationships. This includes experience in vendor and/or client-side engagements.
Influential Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communication skills with the proven ability to effectively articulate vision influence decisions and engage with stakeholders across all organisational levels from executive leadership to delivery teams.
Adaptive Problem Solving & Accountability: A pragmatic adaptable and accountable approach to identifying and resolving complex delivery challenges and people-related issues ensuring consistent and positive outcomes.
