The position
As the LECQ Director Egypt you will play a critically important role in managing legal and compliance risks and drive a strong Business Ethics mind-set among all leaders and employees. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Legal Ethics Compliance & Quality department and its strategies ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards and driving a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization.

Qualifications
As a Director of LECQ you should hold a degree from law school with experience in similar position within a multinational organization preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. You are fluent in English and Arabic (both speaking and writing) and you have strong business partnering and communication skills.

About the department

For this purpose we provide legal support to all departments ensure that the company acts in an ethical manner and make sure that our products reach patients in the best possible condition.
In this role you will report directly to the General Manager of Egyptian Affiliate be member in the Egyptian Leadership Team and will have 6 direct reports.
