Job Description

The Opportunity

The Graduate School of Biomedical Engineering within the Faculty of Engineering at UNSW has an opportunity for a Project Officer to provide practical and efficient project support for project teams and key stakeholders.

Join our team to play a key role in delivering projects and initiatives to achieve operational and strategic goals. You will be responsible for project coordination and support including planning scheduling and tracking deliverables to ensure alignment with time cost and quality metrics. Additionally you will provide reporting and analytical support develop communications and build strong internal and external relationships. Your role will also involve managing project administration such as coordinating workshops and meetings minute-taking action tracking and status reporting. By offering proactive support to project teams and stakeholders you will contribute to the successful execution of key programs and projects.

This role reports to Prof Lynne Bilston supporting the Paul H Trainor Chair with a dotted reporting line to the

Deputy Head (Academic) of the Graduate School of Biomedical Engineering.

  • Salary Level 6 - $100354 to $107054 per annum 17% superannuation
  • Full time
  • Fixed-term contract 24 months
  • Location: Kensington Sydney Australia
