Were looking for a Head of Sales to lead and scale our commercial operations across Europe (and beyond). As a member of the leadership team youll drive our go-to-market strategy build and coach a high-performing team and own revenue growth across key segments: cities transport operators and strategic enterprise partners.
This is a critical role for Vianovas next stage of growth. Youll report directly to the CEO and work cross-functionally with Product Customer Success and Marketing.
What Youll Do
Lead and scale the Sales function across multiple geographies and verticals
Design and execute Vianovas sales strategy and playbook
Build coach and retain a world-class sales team (currently 5 reps across Europe)
Own and exceed revenue targets and pipeline metrics
Engage in strategic deals with cities mobility operators and public agencies
Define and improve the full sales cycle from lead to close
