Senior Account Executive - Corporate Broking
Marsh is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Account Executive to join our Corporate team in Darwin. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a background in insurance particularly in new business development and account management within Property and Casualty. If youre looking to grow your career in a supportive environment this role is for you!
We will count on you to:
- Develop pursue and convert new business opportunities.
- Grow a corporate portfolio through new logo acquisition and organic expansion.
- On-board new clients and effectively deliver on our value proposition.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with insurers at a senior level.
- Collaborate with senior team members to plan and implement effective renewal and broking strategies while ensuring high-quality customer service.
What you need to have:
- Experience in insurance with a focus on new business development and account management.
- A passion for learning and a desire to grow within the insurance industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and insurers.
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
