Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Job Role
Maintain company standards in housekeeping and contamination control.

Greets customer promptly and professionally. Identifies order accuracy and captures appropriate customer signatures upon receipt

Identify hose type couplings pressures on CAT and Non CAT hoses.

Understand Hydraulic Information System and hose build sheets to Identify hose assemblies.

All assembly and disassembly tooling updated and maintained

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
Formal Education High School diploma or GED

Experience 6 months or less

Required / Credentials
Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.

Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria
Proficient in the use of a computer Microsoft Office products and relevant Dealer software programs.

Able to easily and effectively comprehend speak and write in the English language

Basic phone and email knowledge and etiquette

Updating of Knowledge
Job requirements change requiring re-training to stay current every 1-2 years.
