Our client is a leading international payments and foreign exchange solution company that specializes in the sales of major currencies like USD EUR GBP to Nigerian businesses and individuals.
The Company is seeking to hire a result-driven and resourceful Sales Executive who will accelerate revenue growth through lead generation deal closure and client retention.
The ideal candidate must understand the FX sales landscape have experience selling foreign currencies (USD GBP EUR) and can independently drive transactions worth hundreds of thousands of dollars monthly.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads using tools like Apollo LinkedIn and CRM platforms.
Call pitch and convert prospective clients across industries.
Close deals for the sales of USD GBP and EUR to Nigerian clients (individuals and businesses).
Follow up consistently on leads inquiries and pipeline opportunities to ensure conversion.
Use CRM tools to track activity leads and transactions.
Work collaboratively with internal teams (compliance treasury operations) to ensure smooth deal execution.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree in Marketing Business Administration or in any related field.
2 3 years of proven experience in FX sales or a related B2B financial service.
Ability to independently drive monthly transactions of $100000.
Familiarity with the needs of Nigerian businesses that purchase FX.
Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot Salesforce etc.) and lead generation tools (Apollo ZoomInfo etc.).
Strong cold-calling pitching and objection-handling skills.
Self-motivated goal-oriented and performance-driven.
Bonus Attributes:
Experience working in a fintech licensed FX company or with institutional clients.
Basic understanding of compliance in cross-border payments.
Can thrive in a fast-paced high-performance sales environment.
