We are looking for a passionate and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand storytelling positioning and visibility initiatives across our dual business lines SaaS products and technology staffing services. This role will build a distinct and unified brand identity that resonates with our enterprise clients partners and talent communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies that enhance awareness and affinity for both our SaaS platforms and staffing services.
Shape the brand narrative across all touchpoints website digital campaigns collateral events and thought leadership content.
Partner with internal teams (Product Sales Talent Acquisition Delivery) to ensure brand consistency and alignment across business units.
Drive execution of brand campaigns including digital social PR and employer branding.
Lead brand guideline development and ensure internal/external brand consistency.
Monitor brand health metrics (awareness perception share of voice) and optimize accordingly.
Collaborate with creative teams and vendors to produce high-impact content (videos case studies decks etc.)
Own brand initiatives around key moments product launches partnership announcements industry awards or events.
Requirements:
5 8 years of experience in B2B brand marketing preferably in SaaS staffing consulting or technology sectors.
Proven track record in developing and managing cross-channel brand strategies.
Experience working with creative agencies designers and copywriters.
Strong storytelling skills and an eye for compelling high-quality content.
Familiarity with modern marketing and branding tools ( Adobe Zohoetc.)
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
