About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time onsite position based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business needs analyzing processes and recommending data-driven solutions to support strategic objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Work with stakeholders to gather define and document business requirements

Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement

Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams

Facilitate meetings and workshops to align business and technical teams

Prepare reports dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making

Develop business process models user stories and use cases

Assist in the testing and validation of new systems and features

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Support change management initiatives and user training sessions
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role

Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirement gathering techniques

Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Visio

Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello Asana)

Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis

Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
